1. Standard Return Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
(Note: Under standard online retail regulations, customers also have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel purchases without penalty, excluding the cost of return shipping.)
2. Non-Returnable Items
